Our organic ground almonds are fantastic for baking and make a great gluten free alternative to flour for Keto diets as well as a key ingredient for Passover baking.
 
We choose these organic almonds that are sustainably grown in Europe. This is far more sustainable than non organic almonds in terms of the bee population and the water sources. Non organic almonds are sprayed with pesticides that are devastating the bee population around California where most almonds grow. Additonally the non organic almonds are stripping the drought ridden state of its water.
