Made from pressed organic apple juice fermented with its vinegar Mother, Biona's organic cider vinegar is aged for a robust finish. Here is a simple vinegerette that I love to make:
 
Thicken 2 tbsp of Apple Cider Vinegar with 6tbsp of olive oil, add 1 tsp of agave/ coconut honey/ sugar with a dollop of dijon mustard, a crushed garlic and season to taste.
 
Save your bottles! I will bring a funnel and the vinegar to decant into your bottle.
