Quinoa and Carlin Pea Salad

Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
1 cup cooked quinoa
1 cup cooked red carlin peas
Red pepper chopped
Zest of 1⁄2 lemon
1 teaspoon cumin
1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
Pinch chilli powder

Olive oil
Juice of half a lemon and half an orange
Some agave, pomegranate molasses, cider vinegar
Toasted sunflower seeds to sprinkle on top
METHOD
Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl, then add juices, olive oil and some agave and pomegranate molasses as much as you deem necessary and if it needs a kick, can add a little cider vinegar.
